This mandatory annual online refresher session is designed for all CMC staff to reinforce essential knowledge, safety practices, and key responsibilities required in the hospital environment. It provides a yearly review of fundamental topics, including ethics and patient rights, patient experience, ergonomics, infection control, radiation safety, cybersecurity and confidentiality, emergency and workplace safety, quality and patient safety, and environmental sustainability. The session aims to refresh employees’ knowledge, promote consistent safe practices, and support a culture of quality, safety, and professional responsibility across CMC.
